2. ON-BOARD TRAINING FOR SHIPBOARD STAFF (CREW)
Today’s ship owners, managers and operators are under constant pressure to demonstrate that the vessels, which they operate, are safe both in the physical condition and with respect to the ability of the crew to operate them safely.
There is a growing demand for onboard training services to revive crew knowledge and verify the safe operation through training, drills and exercises. We can offer tailored familiarization/basic safety/ or specific training for your fleet.
An evaluation of the vessels training needs is undertaken in consultation with the Management Office and Master. Training is then tailored to suit the needs of the vessel and crew.
Omega Logistic LTD training material is arranged in to four modules based upon the main legislative pillars; SOLAS, MARPOL, ISPS and ISM/MLC. The learning outcomes are aligned to the requirements of STCW 2010 and cover such subjects as:

Above training has been delivered in our office using TRANSAS simulators (Radar, Arpa, ECDIS, Tanker operations and Engine Room Simulator) and other CBT’s (Seagull, MTS, Marlins) as required. Training has been delivered by experience instructors with shipboard experience on senior ranks and with teaching experience gained on various training centers and maritime schools in Montenegro and worldwide.
Some of above listed courses can be delivered on-board or in your premises.

- Visa is arranged on arrival for the following countries: Japan, Singapore, South Africa, Central and South America.
- Visa for schengen countries not required any more.
