Yacht management
Omega Logistic LTD offers support and advice to owners and their Captains which ensures that the yacht is being maintained, operated and administered to the highest possible standards. Our Yacht Management services are specifically tailored to meet the requirements of each owner, and owners are then free to enjoy their time on board, safe in the knowledge that every last details is being taken care of. We appreciate that today’s large yachts are sophisticated and complex and, with the constant developments and regulation changes, their operation calls for the knowledge and skill levels found in commercial ship management.

We offer owners a management support service capable of handling the full spectrum of large yachts operations. From financial reporting to the supervision of yard time, our dedicated team has the specific knowledge and experience to deliver solutions. We provide owners with reduced downtime and costs as well as effective management and budget controls. Ultimately, giving owners greater safety, enjoyment and peace of mind.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT Using a dedicated bank account for each yacht, we handle the entire financial management of a yacht’s expenditures—working from an annual budget with monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT We coordinate and supervise routine maintenance and refit work onboard yachts and deal with Classification Society, Flag state and other regulatory bodies.
SAFETY AND SECURITY We are committed to a certified safety and and quality management system following commercial shipping industry standards, customized to yachting and to each specific yacht. For commercial yachts that operate under the IMO guidelines, our Safety and Quality Managers will aid in the development and implementation of measures onboard to comply with the international regulations.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE A single phone/email/fax call to Omega Logistic LTD will result in appropriate resources being directed to whatever emergency is taking place. We will assist with all communications as necessary and will also coordinate the necessary activities of Flag State, Classification Society and insurance.
GLOBAL LOGISTIC Our staff provides assistance for whatever a yacht may need regardless of where yachts operating. Spare part shipping, chandlery, purveying and fuel bunkering are all part of our worldwide services.
CREW ADMINISTRATION We assist owners and their Captains with recruitment, reference and certification checking and ensure medical certificates are valid. We provide employment contracts on behalf of the yacht’s Owning Company (endorsed by applicable regulatory agencies), and administer payroll disbursement, health insurance and crew mail. We regularly conduct background checks, drug screening and incident intervention when required.
